As a charming Savoyard village, Valloire together with Valmeinier is part of the Glalibier-Thabor skiable area and offers skiers, snowboarders and telemarkers 150km of pisted runs. The resort enjoys very good snow coverage and has facilities to create artificial snow with over 400 snow cannons. Valloire combines all types and levels of skiing with the charm of its village, built around the Baroque church that dates from the 17th century. History and winter sports go together well in Valloire.
